Vintage Finds

As promised, here are some photos of
my recent vintage finds.
You can click on the photos
for a better view.

When on vacation in May, we stopped
at a little shop in Fairhope, AL.
I got all of these salt & pepper shakers
for $15.00.  I think a got a great
deal on the lot!

Here are some vintage French books
I found while on vacation.

I purchased these vintage Christmas
greeting cards from eBay last month.

Here are some cabinet cards I purchased
while on vacation.  I thought it was a great
lot...paid $10.00.

Last week I went out to run some errands and stopped
by an antique mall close to home.  I purchased this
pink rose platter for $5.00.  The 2 rolls of vintage lace
were $7.00.  I love the details of this lace!

More vintage lace.

More vintage lace.  Look at the vintage necklace.
I paid $10.00. Photo just does not
do it justice!  A sweet Charlotte doll for $5.00.

Here are some tags I made using fabric,
vintage lace and buttons.

Hope you are having a great week so far.
Thank you for visiting My Vintage Studio!

Hi Sharon, You sure did find some great buys. I like the salt and pepper shakers. I am always looking for vintage lace to use on my embroidery work. I know about not being able to leave comments. I have been there and it is frustrating. Try to stay cool and Take care. Your Missouri Friend.

First, I love your background. What a lot of great finds. Loved it all, but that necklace was my favorite. I enlarged that picture and it does show off the detail of the necklace. The little doll is precious too. I had never heard of a Charlotte Doll.
Your tags are cute too. Love those colors. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I had trouble posting for a long time too. Glad you have it solved too.

I just found one an Owl in an Graduation hat last weekend and I love it. But only one of them. I was just stopping by cuz I liked the name of your blog! LOL If you get a chance I'd appreciate it. Thanks, XO Fran.
