As promised, here are a few photos of some of my vintage finds for the past few weeks.
This is a group of vintage lace, lace baby cap, and pink baby shirt. I am always looking for vintage lace. I was excited to find a booth with a basket of vintage lace bundles...so I purchased almost all of them.
I am finding my taste in theme changing lately. I really like the bold colors of the 40s and 50s.
This is a couple of vintage kitchen towels and opalescent hand painted plates.
This photo displays some of the vintage greeting cards I purchased from eBay and at the antique mall this past weekend. I am going to use these images for my hand made gift tags and cards. Please check my Etsy shop for my new Birthday and Valentine's Day handmade gift tags. I hope everyone enjoyed the photos. Dear Followers, Please don't forget to check back this weekend for my Birthday blog give away!
I hope everyone had a wonderful and joyful Christmas with family and friends. Don and I spent a quiet day at home with the fire place burning and watching movies. It was a nice and restful day for us. The New Year will be approaching next week...my Birthday will be in 2 weeks...so I thought it would be a nice a time for another blog give away. I have been working on collecting the goodies for this give away for a about a week. I have purchased some wonderful vintage finds the past few weeks. I will share photos of my lucky finds on Monday. I will post my next blog give away on January 1 for a drawing on January 8th my birthday. So please check back for photos

Look at her cabinet card she sent me. Just beautiful! She also sent some wonderful new and vintage items for my art and some chocolate. Thank you so much Joyce!

Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart. Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow. Let me hold you while I may, for it may not always be so. One day I shall dig my nails into the earth, or bury my face in the pillow, or stretch myself taut, or raise my hands to the sky and want, more than all the world, your return. ~ Mary Jean Iron
