It has been a while since I have posted on my blog. I will be taking an extended time off to take care of some personal issues.
Living with an autoimmune disease can cause many different symptoms in your daily life. It can take on a different symptom every day. So planning your days can be a challenge to say the least.
On a recent get away with my husband, I was thrown another reality check about my physical limits. As a result the impact of living with this kind of illness, depression and anxiety creeps into your daily life. The things you love to do…travel, art, social events, exercise…are not part of your daily life any longer. I have kept to myself the pain these changes have caused me. Not to mention the loneliness.
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving such kind words. I have met so many wonderful friends through blogging.
I am closing this post with some of my past creations.

Hi Sharon, I was wondering about you and how you were feeling. I have been a little busy with my son's hospital stay besides a hubby to take care of. I hope you get to feeling better so that you can do the things that you enjoy. If you need someone to talk to, I am a good listener. You have my e-mail address. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I will be here for you. Take care. Hugs Your Missouri friend.
I am so sorry. I have CFS and fibromyalgia, plus Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Addison's Disease. It is hard to create a life for yourself and sometimes it looks very different than other people's lives.
Your art is just lovely,
Fondly,
Suz
I just started catching up with some of my favorite blogs. I suffer from 2 autoimmune diseases, Multiple Sclerosis & Grave's Disease (a thyroid disease). I have friends with Lupus & Fibromyalgia... So, I know how hard the days can be, and how you must sometimes put your health before everything else.
Just know that people care and understand when times get rough! Hoping that today is a better day for you. Thanks you for sharing your art... and your heart!
