Winter Images ~ Cabinet Cards

In going through my art room the past couple of weeks I have a lot of vintage cabinet cards and postcards that I had forgotten in my collection. I scanned some of the winter images for your use in your winter projects. I did not clean or alter the images in Photo Shop so you made need to do some cleaning of spots and brightening the colors.

Speaking of collections, I took a look around our home this weekend at all of my collections. I collect santas, vintage Easter items, vintage books, rooster items for our kitchen, vintage crocks, vintage bottles, and vintage quilts just to name a few collections. So in the next week or so I will take some photos to share my collections with you. What do you collect?

I am in the process of gathering goodies for another blog give away coming soon. I will have a special posting for the give away in the coming days. This is a special thank you for all of the wonderful friends I have met through blogging.
Wishing you a wonderful week!
Hugs, Sharon

Hi Sharon, Thanks for posting those two great cabinet cards. I always love vintage pictures of children. And since you asked, I collect paperweights, vintage cookie jars, vintage hankies and linens, vintage embroidery patterns, and vintage lace. But if something is old and beautiful, it’s fair game for a new collection! Hugs, Cathy

It's so fun to have a number of collections, isn't it? Yours all sound lovely. I'll look forward to your photos.

I collect teacups and teapots and books related to tea, Precious Moments, classic-era movies, sunflower items for my kitchen, and decorative pillows. In my opinion, you can NEVER have too many of any of those things.

Have a lovely day,
Patti

Thanks for the beautiful cards. It is so sweet of you to share some many of your precious cards. Hope you are feeling okay!! I fell yesterday, tripped on a cord and fell on both knees. I am so sore today. Jolted every thing in by body, but didn't break anything, thank God!
Hugs, Pat
