There is nothing I would not do for those who are really my friends.
I have no notion of loving people by halves, it is not my nature.

Being creative...

This week while looking for a favorite and misplaced postcard image, I found these lovelies on a CD that I purchased several years ago.

Isn't it frustrating when you know you have something whether it is on the computer or in your art studio and you cannot find it? How do you handle the frustrations?
I just go take a nap. It helps with the stress. I know some of you can't imagine going to take a nap over something so little, but stress can cause havoc when you have lupus. It's the not knowing what will ache...or how long it will cause you to be in bed to heal. This is how I handle my stress. How do you handle yours?

Enjoy the images!
I am sure sometime this week I will find the image I am looking for and the project can be completed.
Wishing you a wonderful and creative Thursday!

OH...by the way...Good luck Lee! Hope you win American Idol!

Oh, I can so sympathise with you on this one. I have done that so many times, and its just soooo frustrating. I have to admit that I start swearing to myself, then I usually have a cup of tea and then I laugh at myself, and get my son to try and find it for me!

Dear Sharon,

I am so sorry you have lupus!!! I really admire you for taking a nap to avoid stress. I don't think it is too little a matter to take a nap over. Chronic health problems never go away, and it is best to manage them in anyway we can. Sadly, I don't handle stress very well. I would love to nap, but I never sleep very well. Sometimes I will just sit for a bit and let my heart and body rest, but my mind keeps worrying! I pray you will not have any pain and be able to find what you are looking for! Thank you for sharing the pretty images! Love, Paula

These are stunning pictures! I sometimes think I was born after my time! I sympathize with you and the effects stress has on the lupus. I suffer from the panic disorder, have been for the past 25 years. Regular meds, behavior modification and distraction are my means to deal with stress. Many of my favorite crafts and hobbies came about as a response to the panic attacks. I can add blogging to my favorite things, too.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful treasures.

Gentle hugs,
Barb

Naps are good...When you find what works for you, you should do it.
I usually sew.
Your images are beautiful as usual. I like both Lee and Crystal, so will be excited for either. I am a die hard Idol fan since season two.
Hope you have a great weekend and find what you were looking for.
