Altered Vintage Lace Journal

This is what I have been working on the past week. I finished the final stages today.
I have named my journal Vintage Lace Romance. There are several layers of vintage lace and trim on both the front and back of this journal. I have also added a tea dyed silk rose embellished with a vintage aurora borealis earring.
Just to add more shabbiness to this journal is a sweet vintage linen hankie that has French knots and appliqued flowers.
Here is a close up photo of the tea dyed silk rose with a vintage aurora borealis earring.
I listed this OOAK journal in my Etsy shop this evening.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

Your journal is gorgeous!!! You know I love all that lace. It just makes everything beautiful. Hope you are feeling okay, I know we are all sick about the health care passing. Hope its not as bad as we think, but I know it is.
Hugs, Pat
