Good day for shopping....

I had a great time today shopping....went to the bookstore, Hobby Lobby, and the mall. Purchased some new papers and elements for Easter items to sell on Etsy.
At the bookstore, I got my hot tea, some magazines, and found that comfy chair!
Not muc to mention here tonight.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope everyone had a great day! Don surprised me with some great T's from St Jude's store...and a weekend of antiquing in Nashville (this weekend)!!!! I am so excited!

I made him some goodies for Valentine's Day...peanut butter cookies, brownies, and a cake. Most of which he will probably to take to his employees at St Jude.

Every morning I get a cup of coffee and read the newspaper from front to back. It is amazing the number of schools here in the Memphis area that have auctions, bubble gum games to raise monies for St Jude.

I have visited the hospital several times and always come home and cry.

My goal for Friday is to organize my studio...package some extra vintage items ~ supply packs ~ to sell on Etsy. So please check out my listings next week.

End of March, I will be traveling to Savannah, GA to get together with my sisters. There is a home and garden tour that weekend. I love the architecture of Savannah and Charleston! The history tours, antique shops, and lunch at Paula Deen's will be fun!

Happy Monday!

I completed my design team project for the month ~ Easter theme. I added the photos I submitted.

I still haven't gotten a Valentine card or gift for Don. I guess I will do that on Wednesday this week. I know it will be VERY hard to force myself to go to Barnes & Noble to search for his gift...get a little hot chocolate, some magazines and find that comfy chair!

eBay Sellers....

Have you read the about the "new" fee increases?

Well, I have and am not very happy about the increases this time. Appears they shout about photo and insertion fee savings, BUT when you read about the Final Value Fees, that increase is like having to pay a credit card!

I have made my final listings on eBay for this weekend with this the following statement:

"Sadly, February 2008 will be my last listings for a while.

I will on occasion list items from my private collection of antique ~ vintage items."

I have decided to list all of my art and vintage items on Etsy.

I would love to hear from eBayers about their thoughts on this fee increase! SO please comment! Thank you in advance!
